Hardware Matched to the Assembly

It’s Not About Having a Bolt. It’s About the Interface.

Suspension hardware isn’t a standalone performance component — it’s what correctly connects and locates the linkage, shock, and swingarm relative to each other. The wrong bolt length, a missing spacer, or an incorrect collar dimension can bind a linkage or throw off alignment, even when the bolt itself is the “right” diameter.

Our Position

Correct dimensions and interface geometry matter more than simply matching a nominal bolt diameter. We manufacture hardware to your drawing, sample, or OEM reference — matched to the specific linkage or mounting assembly it needs to work with, not sold as a generic fastener.

What This Covers

Bolts, Spacers & Mounting Components

Linkage Bolts

Linkage-to-frame, linkage-to-swingarm, and linkage-to-shock interfaces.

Shock Mounting Hardware

Upper and lower shock mount fasteners.

Spacers & Collars

Bearing interfaces, linkage mounting, shock mounting.

Nuts & Washers

Matched to the specified bolt and mounting interface.

Matched Hardware Kits

Complete sets built to an OEM reference, drawing, sample, or linkage assembly.

Rod ends, spherical bearings and lowering links are related suspension components, but are covered separately — see Rod End Bearings, Spherical Bearings and Lowering Links.

Specification & Options

Matched Fit, High-Strength Options, Titanium for Performance Builds

01

Matched for the Assembly

Bolt, spacer, collar and nut dimensions confirmed against your linkage or mounting assembly — not a generic same-diameter substitute.

02

High-Strength by Specification

Fasteners starting from Grade 10.9, with higher-strength options available depending on the application. A defined strength grade gives you a clear reference when specifying hardware.

03

Titanium for Performance Builds

A lightweight, premium option for performance-oriented suspension and custom builds where weight reduction and strength-to-weight ratio are priorities.

Manufacturing Capability

Process Matched to the Requirement

Fastener performance isn’t only about grade — heat treatment, surface finish, thread process, and dimensional consistency all affect how hardware performs in service. These are things we confirm and control to your specification, not a fixed default.

Heat Treatment

Processed to the strength requirement of the application.

Surface Finish

Selected for corrosion resistance and application requirements.

Thread Process

Matched to the fatigue and strength requirement of the fastener.

Dimensional Tolerance

Controlled to the fitment requirement of your assembly.

Inspection

Confirmed to your specification before shipment.

Fitment

Fitment Depends on More Than Bolt Diameter

A bolt of the correct nominal diameter can still be the wrong part. These are the details we confirm before quoting.

Ride Bolt Geometry

Thread size and pitch, threaded length, shoulder length, unthreaded shank, head configuration and overall length — not just diameter.

Thread Position

On bearing or pivot interfaces, where the threads sit relative to the bearing path can matter — threads occupying the bearing zone is a common design issue to avoid.

Spacer & Collar Geometry

Spacers are often more than a simple flat washer — length, bore, and how far the spacer extends into a bearing or seal area all affect correct clamping and alignment.

Assembly Compatibility

Hardware needs to work correctly with the specific bearing, linkage, frame mount or shock mount it’s installed into — not just fit a bolt hole.

Custom Manufacturing

Built to Your Drawing, Sample or OEM Reference

Whether you need a replacement for a discontinued OEM part, matched hardware for a lowering link or custom linkage, or a complete hardware set for a private-label program, we manufacture to your specification rather than offering only standard catalog sizes.
